Welcome to the Registration system for Coastal Georgia Soccer Association. This system is provided by Georgia Youth Soccer Associaion's Affinity Sports Registration System. You must register online and pay by Visa, Mastercard or eCheck. To pay by cash or check, you need to come into the office located at 704 Mall Blvd. Ste. B, behind Specialty Sports to complete the online registration and payment.
Office hours are 10 a.m.- 4 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
Please note that your player's registration will not be complete or placed on a team without payment.
To begin the registration process for NEW players, click on the Registration tab at the top of the page. Click Player Registration and then choose Option 3 and follow instructions. Fill out all the information completely. Choose a user name and password.
If your child has ever registered to play with CGSA, please chjoose Option 1 or 2. Log-in using your username and password ( please call us if you have forgotten) and click on the Edit/Payment Tab under your player's name in the GYSA Fall 2009 box. Follow the instructions for payment.

Please upload a photo of the player to be printed on the player ID card. The players birth certificate may also be uploaded.
Please provide a copy of your child's birth certificate, Medical Release Form and City Waiver to your team manager. Please note that a new medical release form will not be necessary if your child played in the spring.
