Welcome to the Select Soccer Registration system for Coastal Georgia Soccer Association. This system is provided by Georgia Youth Soccer Association's Affinity Sports Registration System. You must register online and pay by Visa, Mastercard or eCheck. To pay by cash or paper check, you need to come into the office located at 704 Mall Blvd. Suite B, behind Specialty Sports to complete the online registration and payment.
Office hours are 10 am- 4 pm, Monday thru Friday.
RETURNING PLAYERS:
Do not go to the registration tab, instead;
Log into the system using your User name and password. If you have forgotten your password click "Forgot Password" link. Access your "My Account" page and locate the Spring application. Under the players name will be a "create order" tab to select to create an order/invoice. After selecting the create order tab the tab is then replaced with a "Payment Edit" link for you to go to and review your application and make your payment
and initial City Waiver.
Please note that all new players interested in playing in our Select Soccer Program must first contact our office to schedule evaluation.
To begin the registration process for a NEW player, click on the Registration tab at the top of the page. Click Player Registration and then choose Option 3 and follow instructions. Fill out all the information completely. Choose a user name and password.
If your child did not play last season but has registered to play with CGSA in the past, please choose Option 1 or 2. Log-in using your username and password ( please call us if you have forgotten) and click on the Edit/Payment Tab under your player's name in the CGSA Youth Spring 2010 box. Follow the instructions for payment.

Please upload a photo of the player to be printed on the player ID card. The players birth certificate may also be uploaded. If unable to upload please mail with the medical release to CGSA PO Box 14457, Savannah, GA 31416.
Please note that a new medical release form will not be necessary if your child played in the fall.

All NEW players will be required to purchase a uniform. After being notified of your team placement, complete and print the Uniform Order Form from the left side of our home page, "FORMS" link and return it to Specialty Sports 704 Mall Blvd. to order. Payment is required at that time = $105.00.
